Position: Senior Consultant/Manager
General direction: consulting activities
Industry specialisation: gas monetisation, oil and gas refining, oil and gas chemicals.
Profile: Strategy, economics and production technologies, markets of petroleum and petrochemicals and petrochemical raw materials

Responsibilities:

• Management of consulting projects, including integrated teams including external participants in relation to the company.
• Preparation and defence of presentation materials and reporting documentation on consulting projects
• Verification of financial and economic models, own calculations, including assessments of project economic efficiency, production and economic indicators of oil and gas chemical industry development under various macroeconomic, regulatory, investment prerequisites, analysis of operational efficiency of activities
• Analysis of technical and technological peculiarities of investment projects implementation in petroleum and gas chemical industry
• Development of proposals to improve the legal and regulatory framework for the petroleum and petrochemical industry, including drafting of regulatory documents, financial and economic justifications, presentation materials, etc.
• Formation of the research agenda, management of analytical research teams
• Participation in conferences, forums and other events to promote the brand and position developments in the expert community
• Publication of analytical articles in industry publications and comments in the media

Requirements:

• Higher technical/economic education (specialised education in the fuel and energy sector/chemicals is welcomed)
• Understanding of peculiarities and trends of functioning of Russian and international markets of fuel and energy resources and chemistry
• Proficiency in financial and economic modelling and market forecasting tools
• Skills in preparing presentations, analytical materials, articles
• Knowledge of the main technological features and economics of production processes in oil and gas refining and petrochemicals.

Welcomed:

• Experience of working in management consulting (industry teams) or in strategic, planning, economic, etc. divisions of oil and gas companies
• English language skills at Upper Intermediate level and above
